Justin Reeves serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Commercial Aviation Association of Southern Africa (CAASA). He previously held two terms on CAASA’s Board of Directors and serves as President of the Association of Non-Scheduled Operators (ANSO), a key affiliate of CAASA.
Justin also serves as a director of the Aviation Development Foundation NPC (ADF), a non-profit focused on identifying and developing talent in the aviation industry.
As the Group CEO, co-founder and shareholder of the CFS Aviation Group, Justin leads one of Southern Africa’s premier business aviation service providers. Established in 2007, the CFS Aviation Group offers a comprehensive range of services, including aircraft management, charter, sales, and fixed-base operations (FBO). Additionally, the Group offers charter brokerage and aviation parts procurement & logistics, with offices in both Johannesburg and Dubai.
Justin’s aviation career began at ExecuJet Aviation Group, where he initially worked in the military contracts department before transitioning to roles in maintenance planning and the engine shop. His passion for operations led him to work in FBO operations and later in flight operations. From 2005 to 2007, he managed ExecuJet’s Cape Town FBO, which he played a key role in establishing.
In 2007, Justin seized the opportunity to establish a new aircraft management and flight support company in collaboration with the Pilatus PC-12 Centre SA team. This venture evolved into Corporate Flight Services (CFS), soon securing an air service licence and Air Operator Certificate (AOC). In 2013, CFS sold a stake to Comair General Aviation Holdings, rebranding as Comair Flight Services while preserving the CFS identity. Today, CFS is recognised as one of Africa’s leading business aviation providers, continuing to grow and serve a distinguished clientele across the continent.
